OUR POLICY

Upon booking your appointment, 50% of the service will be charged as a deposit. 

If you decide to cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice, the full deposit amount shall be refunded.

If you decide to cancel you appointment on the same day with more than 4 hours notice, 50% of your service (deposit amount) will be retained as a late cancellation fee. 

Unfortunately any cancellations less than 4 hours notice on the same day as your appointment will incur the full service fee of your chosen treatment.
